Natural and organic ingredients are go-to's in my kitchen, the freshness and quality of the final products are remarkably different in texture and flavor. Using some ingredient substitutions may be an option for some bakery items: Applesauce in place of oil, low fat or skim milk in place of full fat milk, greek yogurt in place of heavy cream, and mashed bananas in place of eggs. I'm open to suggestions as well.

Personally, I have been on some sort of yo-yo diet for years. Currently I am trying to live a healthy life, making organic, natural, and nutritious choices everyday and watching my portions. Eating clean and being active are just part of my routine.

Recently, I just lost 35 pounds, (4 months ago) using a plan that works really well for me, Itrackbites. The gist is measure your food intake, understand portions, and drink lots of water. I enjoy a bite of everything to make sure the flavors are perfect, and I count it!

HAWAII is one of the most beautiful places on the planet! The seascapes, mountains, volcanoes, flowers, rainbows and local flair are breathtaking. Plus the Sea Turtles are incredible! I fell in love with the all the colorful aspects of Hawaii and the local culture!

What a wonderful blessing to experience such joy in a beautiful place, I'm am truly thankful! It's worth taking the time to choose healthy options in life, especially organic and natural ingredients. Aloha & Mahalo x
